We can’t afford to go back to scratch – Reggie N Bollie

We can’t afford to go back to scratch – Reggie N Bollie

Being thrifty with monies though they have quite the ‘dough’ to spend is what UK-based Ghanaian music duo Reggie N Bollie have adopted as a way of ensuring that they stay in the league and don’t fall back to their poverty-stricken lives before they became stars.

Having moved from grass to grace through music, the two admitted that despite the urge to spend quite excessively considering the monies they have now, they still keep in mind their ‘hungry days’ where they had absolutely nothing and had to fight each day to survive.

Speaking on the ‘Delay Show’, Reggie N Bollie said they live a very comfortable life now because they can obtain anything they wish for in life but they have a limit point.

The ‘New Girl’ hitmaker said from 2010 to 2013 life was very difficult but after the exposure at the twelfth UK series of The X Factor in 2015, they can confidently say they are ‘rich’ and not hungry anymore.

‘God has blessed us soo much, we can afford anything we want in life now but there’re a possibility of us losing the monies we have if care is not taken’. Said Reggie N Bollie.
They hinted that they are worth more than 1million dollars.

Reggie N Bollie, have made impressive strides on the international music scene with songs such as “New Girl”, “Link Up”, “This is The Life”, and Bumaye.

The group which was formerly called Menn on Poinnt, comprises Reggie Zippy (born Reginald Ainooson), and Bollie Babyface (born Ishmael Hamid).

They’re 2015 runners-up of popular UK series of The X Factor and were formerly signed Syco Music. They now run their independent imprint F.R.O.D Music.

(Photos): She was crying to see Shatta Wale today, and when she finally did…

Over seeing a post of a man who shared a relative who cried brutally to see Shatta Walethis morning, I thought it wise to blog on this.
It’s such obvious, you will be in the same country with people you always see on Television and admire them but can’t see them in the real world.
If such opportunities come, one might end up with tears on their faces.
This story of a little girl who cried to see Shatta Wale is overwhelming and interesting. You could see from her face what she actually needed.
One can easily tell how she was filled with joy when he saw Shatta Wale. It could be her dream come through.

Old Skuuls Reunion 2017! Your old Skuul crush is waiting for you

Good morning. It is the morning of the Old Skuuls Reunion 2017. We are back at home- the Trade Fair Centre Accra- after flirting a little with the Independence Square.

Talking about flirting, I am sure you did quite a bit of that in school. Well, the lady you flirted with, the guy or lady you liked but never quite had the courage to say so, are all headed to the Trade Fair today for a 'lai momo' [old lover] reunion. Pray he or she is still single if you are too. If he or she is not, just continue with the mouth POP session and you will be fine.

Dozens of you I know have set off, heading to Accra from Koforidua, Cape Coast, Kumasi, Kpando etc -all of which have some of the best Senior high schools and University halls, and you are hoping to join the fun right here in Accra. We are waiting to host you all.

Those of you in Tamale, Wa, Sunyani, Bolga, Takoradi, who attended some of the best schools and universities there but are unable to join us in Accra, don’t worry your friends here will be your flagbearers.

You will not be completely left out of the fun because you will have up to the minute updates- texts, pictures and videos of all the crazy attires, jama sessions, gari soakings competition, and of course the performances of the greatest artistes of the time all here on Myjoyonline.com.

If you attended Bleoo, Adisco, Presec, Augusco, Motown, Chemu, Aquinas, Temasco, Vandals, Katanga, ATL, A Poly, or from the Bobo Kingdom and you cherished the school you attended, then the place to be today is at the Trade Centre and the site to remain glued to is Myjoyonline.com for it will be a thoroughly exciting, adrenalin pumping, and voice losing expedition. If at the end of the programme you are able to keep your voice the same way you came with, you probably didn’t attend a proper school or you were so ‘anti-so’ in school that after school even your classmates are not ready to associate with you.

Chill out as we reminisce the good old days of Ateeekola, Shapiiro! Photoo, Terminator, Mugu Yaro ......add yours.
